This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations may be requested and when refunds are applicable.

1. Cancellation Policy

Service-Based Projects

• Client Cancellation: Clients may cancel a project or service agreement by providing a formal written notice via email to [[email protected]].
• Notice Period: Unless otherwise specified in a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA) or Contract, a notice period of [15-20] days is required for the cancellation of ongoing retainers or long-term development projects.
• Cancellation Fees: If a project is cancelled after work has commenced but before completion, FarziEngineer reserves the right to charge for all billable hours and resources utilized up to the point of cancellation.

Subscriptions (SaaS/Digital Products)

• If you have subscribed to any of our digital tools or SaaS products, you may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
• The cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing cycle. You will retain access to the service until the cycle ends.

2. Refund Policy

Development & Marketing Services

• Advance Payments: Any deposit or advance payment made to start a project is generally non-refundable. This fee secures the time of our developers and designers in our schedule.
• Completed Milestones: Refunds are not issued for work that has already been completed and approved (or delivered) as per agreed milestones.
• Unused Retainers: If a marketing or maintenance retainer is cancelled, a refund may be issued for the unused portion of the month/term, calculated on a pro-rata basis, subject to an administrative fee of [10%].

Digital Products

• Due to the nature of digital content, refunds for downloadable products or software licenses are generally not provided once access has been granted, unless the product is technically defective and we are unable to resolve the issue.

3. Project Termination by FarziEngineer

We reserve the right to terminate a project or service agreement if:

• The client breaches the terms of the contract.
• The client fails to make payments within the agreed timeframe.
• The client displays inappropriate behavior or demands towards our team.

In such cases of termination by FarziEngineer, payment will be required for all work completed up to the termination date.

4. Disputes

If you believe a refund is due or there is an error in billing, please contact us immediately at [[email protected]]. We will review the request and aim to resolve the issue amicably within [7-10] business days.

5. Updates to This Policy

FarziEngineer reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page.
